RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Forge Athletics, every product is made to order specifically for you. To help ensure the perfect fit, we strongly encourage customers to review our sizing guides before placing an order.

UK Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To exercise this right, please contact us at ForgeAthleticsUK@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including orders where an incorrect size was selected.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Returned Item Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if returned items show signs of excessive use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Sizing Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided before placing an order.

As all products are made to order, we do not offer free exchanges for incorrect size selections. Customers wishing to obtain a different size should follow the returns process and place a new order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery where possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that the item has been returned.
