Delivery Area
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom may be cancelled and refunded.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all UK orders. Shipping costs are already included in our product prices, and no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Order Processing
All products are made to order.
- Processing and production time is typically 3–7 business days.
- Production begins once payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Times
Once production has been completed, orders are dispatched using tracked shipping services.

- 7–13 business days
Estimated total fulfilment time (production and delivery combined):
- 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Delivery Responsibility
In accordance with UK consumer law, goods remain our responsibility until they have been delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required by law.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will review the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
